Electronic Reserves

I'm wondering if we could label our electronic reserves as Electronic Reserves - #### (number) in the catalog, instead of just the #### number. I made a mistake yesterday when answering a reference question on the phone. A student couldn't get into her class's reserves and I said, well just look down the list and if it has URL on the left, it is an electronic reserve.
Turns out that isn't always true, Shawne explained.
Some of our books in the catalog have URL listed which links to an abstract from the Library of Congress. So....My learnings were:
1) get the patron's phone number so you can call back if you find out more info (or Janet is getting us a new phone for ref which will show the phone number so even if I didn't write it down I could get back to the last caller.), and
2) see if you can make the entry clearer so they aren't calling in the first place.

While I'm at it, do we think that having that URL sign on the left for books with LOC abstracts is useful or more confusing?
Yvonne
